  • Where a trial is shown, the first charge is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before.
  • All taxes are included in the price shown. There are no additional charges.
  • The charge is added to your mobile phone bill or taken from your pay-as-you-go credit. We never ask for a card.

Refund policy

You can request a refund within 30 days of the charge, subject to the review applicable to your case. Send your request to help@striker-live-uk.com, with your first and last name, the subscribed mobile number, a contact email, the name of the service (Striker) and the payment method used.

Cancelling the subscription stops future charges but does not automatically create a refund. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
